This place is completely insane. It's like a prison. Makes me think of Nazi concentration camps.
It's all well while you are looking out of the window from your comfortable bed.
The tall pine trees that seem to have given its cares to the dancing wind,
the young brook in a peaceful slumber at her mother's bosom.
Step outside and you'd know that it's just freaking numbing coldness everywhere.
Its coldness in the wind that moves the naked dry trees to it's tunes;
coldness in the mothers bosom; as she ignores her wistful child.
It's lonely, desolate. The weather's cruel. An unrelenting mother.
Everyone flees from her. To spaces from where she's again alluring, obsessing, surreal.
Can we ever hate our mothers? Be she the coldest witch!
I need to step out. This week Im getting a car.
Ain't it interesting that the same mother can be a real meanie when you go greet her at another part of the world and on return to your own home, she's simply at her best with the most beautiful smile that makes you really warm and at the same time making you wonder did you actually see another face of hers or its just that you got lost in a maze of thoughts... Nevertheless, good to see you back! :) Incidentally me too! Wrote something after almost a year! :)
ReplyDeleteJerry!!!! Really happy to see u here...
ReplyDeleteIm not exactly "back". This phase too will pass! Hee hee!!
Never mind! You don't need too many stones in ur collection when there's one Koh-i-Noor :)
ReplyDeleteYeah, yeah... people like you are to be blamed for promoting such insanity!
ReplyDeleteInsanity! Isn't that what we all thrive especially in moments like these when thoughts deep down inside sprout and then you've an avalanche of creations... :) Enjoy while it lasts!
